1. Service provider and contact
CVer is operated by Flippico sp. z o.o., Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 9671443189. For service questions, complaints or requests concerning these terms, contact contact@cver.work. References to ‘we’ mean Flippico; ‘you’ means the person using CVer.
2. What CVer provides
CVer provides tools for discovering job opportunities, matching jobs to your profile, preparing CVs, tracking applications, organising recruitment messages and managing interviews. Some features require an account, a subscription or a connected external service. Free tools have the scope described on their individual pages.
CVer is not an employer or recruitment decision-maker. We do not guarantee job availability, an interview, employment, a particular salary, or the accuracy of third-party listings. Employers determine their own requirements and hiring decisions.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You must have legal capacity to enter into the agreement, or any authorisation required by applicable law. Do not impersonate another person, share access in a way that compromises security, or use an account you are not authorised to access.
You are responsible for your settings and for activity you authorise through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Your content and integrations
You retain your rights in the CVs, messages and other content you provide. You grant us permission to store, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service you request, including through our service providers.
Only upload content and connect mailboxes or other services that you are entitled to use. When you enable automated features, you authorise the actions described by those features and your settings. Check recipients, application materials, notification settings and interview details. Disconnect integrations or disable automation when you no longer want those actions performed.
5. AI outputs and your review
AI-generated CVs, job matches, message classifications and calendar entries may contain errors or omit important information. Review outputs before sending them or acting on them, and verify interview times with the recruiter. Do not present invented qualifications or experience as facts.
CVer’s outputs are assistance for your own decisions and are not legal, immigration, financial or professional career advice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use CVer for unlawful activity, fraudulent applications, harassment, spam, infringement of others’ rights or unauthorised collection of personal data. Do not upload malicious code, attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with the service, or misuse automated features. Respect the rules of connected services and job boards.
7. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Where a paid plan is offered, the checkout identifies the price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes and any trial before you purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. Payment is processed through Stripe.
You can manage or cancel a subscription using the billing controls provided in your account, or contact us if you cannot access them. The cancellation screen indicates when cancellation takes effect. Deleting your CVer account also initiates cancellation of an active subscription. Simply stopping use does not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests and billing problems can be sent to contact@cver.work. Nothing in these terms limits statutory withdrawal, refund or conformity rights. Where consumer law provides a 14-day withdrawal period for a distance contract, that right applies subject to the relevant legal conditions. Any request to start performance during that period, and any legally required acknowledgement, must be obtained separately.
8. Availability and external services
We may maintain, update or change the service. Availability can be affected by maintenance, network failures or changes to external APIs, mail providers and job boards. Third-party websites, offers and services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Keep copies of documents you need independently of CVer.
For material changes affecting a paid service, we will provide appropriate notice and any remedies required by applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The CVer software, branding and website content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service for its intended purpose, not ownership of the software or permission to resell it. Third-party trademarks and job listings remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Suspension and ending the service
You may stop using free tools at any time and request deletion of your account through account settings or by contacting us. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions with different effects on your stored content.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a security threat. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Mandatory consumer rights and any applicable refund obligations remain unaffected.
11. Responsibility and consumer protection
Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independent hiring decisions, third-party content, or losses caused by your misuse of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, or restricts mandatory consumer remedies.
12. Complaints, applicable law and updates
Send complaints to contact@cver.work with a description of the issue and enough information to identify your account or transaction. We will investigate and respond within the time required by applicable law.
These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law; these terms do not impose an exclusive venue on consumers.
We may update these terms for legal, security or service-related reasons. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required, with their effective date and information about your options. Changes do not remove rights already acquired or retroactively alter completed purchases.
