Open mailbox settings
Open Settings (Ustawienia) and find the mailbox section. Choose the appropriate provider preset or enter the server details supplied by your email provider.
Enter and save the connection details
Enter the mailbox address, IMAP host, port and secure-connection settings. Add the required password and choose the folders and message lookback period. Save the configuration.
Run a mailbox check
Return to offers and choose Check mail (Sprawdź pocztę). Allow the task to finish, then open Mail (Poczta) to review imported recruitment messages.
Review invitations and next steps
Open the original message when AI identifies an invitation, status change or new opportunity. Check the sender and the actual requested action before responding or making a commitment.
